Cleaning in the Sun City

Desert houses
get dirty
differently.

A cleaning checklist written for a humid climate misses most of what actually makes an El Paso house look tired. Here the problems are fine grit and mineral scale — and both of them accumulate in places a generic clean never touches.

Spring wind season pushes dust through window tracks, door thresholds, and vents. Evaporative coolers carry a mineral film onto furniture and screens. And some of the hardest water in Texas leaves calcium on every shower door, faucet, and sink in the house. Left alone, all three cook into the surface — hard water etches glass, grit sands the finish off tile grout.

So our El Paso checklist puts sills, tracks, registers, blinds, and descaling work in the standard rotation rather than treating them as an upsell you have to know to ask for.

The stucco-and-tile reality: most homes here are tile or hard floor throughout, which means edges and grout lines matter more than carpet passes. We mop to the baseboard, not to the middle of the room.

What we clean in El Paso

Six ways
people book us.

Every one of these is quoted as a flat rate before a cleaner is at your door. Add-ons are priced individually and only run if you say yes.

Weekly · Biweekly · Monthly

Recurring house cleaning

The standing visit that keeps a West Side or East Side home ahead of the dust. Kitchen and bathrooms fully reset, tile and hard floors mopped edge to edge, surfaces dusted, beds made, trash out. Same crew, same day, rate locked while the schedule holds.

Single visit

One-time & deep cleaning

For a house that's been through a windy spring or a summer of monsoon dust. Adds baseboards, door frames, window sills and tracks, cabinet fronts, vent covers, ceiling fans, and hard-water treatment on glass and fixtures.

Empty homes

Move-in / move-out

Built for El Paso leases and closings: inside every cabinet and drawer, appliance interiors, closets, blinds, sills, and a full hard-water pass on showers and sinks so the walkthrough doesn't come back with a list.

Seasonal add-on

Post-dust-storm reset

After a hard blow, the fine grit is on every horizontal surface, in the window tracks, and inside the sills. A reset visit hits sills, tracks, blinds, fans, vents, and floors before it grinds into tile grout and hardwood.

Spring & fall

Swamp cooler season prep

Evaporative coolers move a lot of air and a lot of mineral dust with it. We clean vents, registers, ceiling fans, and the fine film that settles on furniture and electronics at the start and end of cooler season.

Add-on

Casita & guest house cleaning

A lot of El Paso properties have a casita, a converted garage, or a mother-in-law suite out back. It gets its own line on the quote and its own checklist rather than being squeezed into the main house's time.

the people in
a hurry.

Fort Bliss & PCS moves

Move-out cleans scheduled around inspection dates, on short notice when orders shift. Tell us the standard you're being inspected to and we clean to that list.

Two-income households

Biweekly recurring service on a fixed day, keys or garage codes handled, done while you're at work. You come home to it; you don't manage it.

Landlords & realtors

Turnover cleans between tenants and pre-listing cleans before photos, invoiced to the owner or the agent, with photos back when the job is done.

Seniors & families helping out

Gentle, consistent recurring service with the same crew, arranged and billed by an adult child in another city if that's easier.

UTEP-area rentals

Student-housing turnovers around the academic calendar, including August and May, when everyone needs the same week.

New construction

Final and touch-up cleans on new builds out east and in Horizon City, before you move a single box in.

El Paso FAQ

El Paso
questions.

All FAQs

01Do you clean the whole El Paso area or just one side of town?

Both sides and the valley. West Side and the Upper Valley, Central and Kern Place, the East Side out through Pebble Hills, Northeast El Paso, and out to Horizon City, Socorro, San Elizario, Canutillo, and Anthony. Crews are routed by area so travel time doesn't get billed to you as a trip fee.

02How do you handle El Paso's hard water?

With acid-based descalers and a lot of patience, not with a scouring pad. El Paso's water leaves calcium and lime on glass, chrome, and tile, and the deposits build in layers. A first deep clean removes most of it; recurring visits keep it from coming back. On a badly built-up shower door we'll tell you honestly whether it can be brought back or whether the glass is etched for good.

03Can you clean after a dust storm?

Yes, and it's one of the most common one-time calls we get from February through May. A post-storm reset targets what a normal clean doesn't have time for: window tracks and sills, blinds, ceiling fans, vent registers, door thresholds, and every horizontal surface, plus a full hard-floor pass before the grit gets ground into tile grout.

04Do you work with Fort Bliss families on PCS timelines?

Regularly. PCS moves run on somebody else's calendar, so move-out cleans get scheduled around your inspection date, and we'll work an empty house on short notice when the truck leaves early. Tell us the inspection standard you're being held to and we'll clean to it.

05Is tile and grout included?

Sweeping, mopping, and edge work on tile is standard on every visit. Deep grout scrubbing and any sealing is a separate scope, priced by the square foot — it's a slow, on-your-knees job, and pretending it fits inside a standard clean is how services end up cutting corners elsewhere.
